How long does delivery take?: Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery is available for metro pincodes at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?: Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
What's your return policy?: You can return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Fragile pieces damaged in transit are replaced free of charge.
Are your products handmade?: Most of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans across India. Each one carries small variations that make it unique.
Can I cancel my order?: Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Drop us a note at hello@vyne.in with your order ID and we'll take care of it.
Do you offer trade pricing?: Absolutely. Interior designers and hospitality buyers can reach out to trade@vyne.in for portfolio pricing.
